So, what exactly is MindBody Deals?
MindBody Deals is a one-stop shop for busy, stretched too thin, harried, and essentially well-meaning people  who want to stop and breathe, who crave the time for our mind, body, and spirit, and who are eager to find creative and affordable means to do so. Our motto? Self-care made simple. We’ll help you find ways to make time and to care for yourself and offer you opportunities to do so without having to pay an arm and a leg. As often as we can, we will bring you free deals as well!

How often will  you be posting deals?
We are not a daily deal site. There are enough of those out there and our intent is not to overwhelm you with choices. Rather, our deals are carefully curated. We select products and services that have been vetted and that we are confident will provide you with experiences that improve your quality of life, not stress you out.

What is the difference between “Sign-up” and “Register”?
When you sign-up at the site, you are  subscribing to receive e-mail updates about new deals and occasional MindBody Deals newsletters.  Just sign-up once and we’ll email you whenever there’s a great deal in your neighborhood or city. To participate in or purchase any of the deals on the site, you will need to register. We will never spam you and your information will remain confidential.
